The Pickstock Group Expand into Global Telecom Infrastructure

The Pickstock Group has added a new business to the group, SiFi Networks Ltd. An international Fibre to the Home (FTTH) network development company which will provide internet connectivity to communities across the world via their FOCUS system, allowing speeds of up to a gigabit.

The Pickstock Group lead the way in driving modern methods of construction and are now striving to do the same in communications, delivering infrastructure over which service providers can supply next generation services. Having realised the global need and demand for faster internet connectivity, SiFi Networks have empowered themselves through innovative construction methods and financial modelling.

What is fundamental to SiFi Networks FOCUS system is that the fibre optic cable system actually lies within the wastewater network, without detrimental impacts on the environment. Therefore enabling a less invasive, quicker and more cost effective means to building the most sophisticated communications network in the world.

In partnership to drive this new business forward is Mike Harris, an award winning telecommunications entrepreneur, former owner of Total Network Solutions which was sold to BT in 2005. Mike now chairs for a number of communications companies.
