Triple Win in New Markets for Elements Europe

Elements Europe is leading the way in off-site building solutions. It has put its best foot forward into three new markets and has recently undergone two significant changes to the business which will help pave the way to its future goals.

Simon Underwood, former director at Mace has recently joined the company as Managing Director. This along with Elements Europe relocating to a manufacturing facility 266% larger than its previous facility has set the company in great stance.

In the last three months Elements Europe has entered into three new markets; education, retail and the private rented sector, complementing its existing strong position in the student accommodation, hotel, residential, healthcare and defence sectors.

“The entrance into three new markets is in line with our strategic plans to deliver a wide portfolio of products for the construction industry” commented Simon Underwood, Managing Director at Elements Europe.

Working alongside EC Harris LLP, Elements Europe has launched its building solutions for schools, having recently won a contract on a new school in Illford. This will be delivered as a full turnkey solution with the block of classrooms being manufactured in the Elements Europe’s factory.

Elements Europe has also just delivered its first retail module, which is the first in the country for Kings Barbers Club, located conveniently in a Sainsbury’s car park in Coventry. The retail module which is all encompassing and meets the demand for the service in convenient locations will hopefully be the first of many to be rolled out across the UK.

The third contract to be won will see Elements Europe manufacture and install 154 modules to a block of 136 private rented sector apartments. The habitable apartments of 28-31sqm and associated modules will be fully constructed in Elements Europe’s factory and delivered complete to site to be installed.

This win comes as appetite for the private rented sector increases in the UK, not to mention the focus in political manifestos on the shortage of housing in the UK being ramped up by industry press.

Kevin Arthur, Director at Elements Europe commented “Modern methods of brick and block simply wouldn’t cut it, off-site building solutions are a way to meet the government’s targets and Elements Europe has the ability, vision and credentials to deliver successfully to this sector.”
