Bathroom Pods will be installed into Block B which is a ten storey building, using a cantideck system. This method is being utilised due to the buildings concrete frame.

The Bathroom Pod install marks the completion of the installation of Room Modules and Kitchen Pods into the taller of the two blocks.
Pickstock Construction will now commence the cladding of Block A which will comprise of Plymouth limestone on the lower ground and ground floor, with the remainder of the building having rain screen and zinc cladding. A feature of the building will be its curtained walling which is due to start being installed in just six weeks.
“All 26 studio apartments, 263 en-suite bedrooms and 59 Kitchen Pods have been installed into tower Block A on schedule” commented Kate Pickstock Senior Development Surveyor.
