614 Bathroom Pods for Salford Embankment

Elements Europe has won a contract with Robert McAlpine to manufacture and deliver 614 bathroom pods for two blocks of private rented accommodation at Embankment in Salford, being developed by Select Property Group.

Seven different types of pods will be manufactured of varying size and specification. Robert McAlpine will shortly visit Elements Europe’s manufacturing facility to approve its prototype. Once this is approved, full manufacture will commence. Six weeks after this, delivery of the first pods will commence ready for installation by Robert McAlpine.

The development when finished will consist of 356 apartments of which 93% have already been sold off plan.
