Phase 2 Prototype Approved for Manchester’s Middlewood Locks

Client BCEGI has approved the prototype for phase two of its Middlewood Locks development in Manchester.

Elements Europe will manufacture 884 bathroom pods of nine different types.
The pods will be installed into four blocks ranging from eight to eleven storeys high and will complete the residential element of the development.

Phase one saw Elements Europe manufacture a total of 914 bathroom pods. Once complete Elements Europe will have manufactured 1,798 pods to BCEGI on this £700 million development.
