Coventry Student Accommodation Scheme Complete

Pickstock Construction has completed work on a 114 bedroom student accommodation scheme in Coventry, in time to welcome September’s new intake of students.

The development which is an extension to Sherbourne House’s current student accommodation has seen Pickstock Construction act as the main contractor.

Pickstock Construction called upon sister company Elements Europe to supply a modular solution to the scheme. Elements Europe manufactured all Room Modules to a strict specification. Rooms offer students an affordable and modern place to live and study.

Elements Europe delivered and installed all Room Modules, and once installed Pickstock Construction completed the envelope of the building, along with internal communal areas and soft landscaping.

The building is aesthetically pleasing with the courtyard area featuring oriel windows, and a wooden façade.
