1206 Bathroom Pods for Manchester’s Circle Square

August 28, 2018

Elements Europe has secured a contract with John Sisk to deliver bathroom pods to a residential development at Circle Square, Manchester’s newest neighbourhood.

Circle Square is being developed by Bruntwood and Select Property Group, and is located on Oxford Road on the site of the former BBC building in Manchester City Centre.

Two prototypes have been designed and manufactured by Elements Europe ready for approval by the client. Once approved Elements Europe will start full manufacture of the 1206 bathroom pods which will feature bath/showers, wall hung wcs and mirrored vanity units. All bathroom pods will be manufactured floorless as a request from the client to allow for a suitable integration into their floor finishes.

“Floorless options are useful if a continuous floor finish is required throughout the building or for DDA compliance requiring floors with no threshold” commented Steve Boydell, Production Manager.

Circle Square is an eight year project which is to be delivered in three phases. It has been carefully designed to create its very own community space which is active and atmospheric. When fully complete Circle Square will be home to serviced apartments, shops, multi storey car park, PRS apartments and a hotel.

“We are delighted to be engaged with Select Property Group and John Sisk for this exciting project, a developer and contractor we have aspired to work with for some time, we hope this project marks the first of many collaborations.” Commented Kevin Arthur, Director at Elements Europe.
