Premier Inn Exeter Update

Pickstock Construcion is making good progress on site in Exeter. A 120 bed Premier Inn is under construction for Plymouth based client Trathen Properties and will be the first Premier Inn hotel in Exeter’s city centre, benefiting from an excellent location.

All piling is now completed and groundwork has commenced for the implementation of the underground car park.

An expedited program is guaranteed by the use of off-site modular constructed Room Pods manufactured and installed by The Pickstock Group’s off-site modular construction company Elements Europe.  Following recent approval of the prototype for the scheme the Room Pods are in production and will start to arrive early in September.
