Latitude Purple, Leeds

Elements Europe has successfully won a contract to manufacture and deliver offsite bathroom pods for Latitude Purple – residential towers scheme at Whitehall, Leeds – HUB Group’s first residential development in this area.

Elements Europe will manufacture 693 floorless bathroom pods in total, including six different types of pods – bath pods, shower pods and bath/shower pods of varying sizes.

John Sisk & Son has been appointed as the contractor for this development. A prototype is being manufactured and will be approved by John Sisk & Son and the delivery team prior to the full manufacture commencing May 2022.

Once complete, the high rise will offer two residential towers of 463 flats. The external space of the structures is also set to have extensive landscaping to offer greener living area in the city. The project will help expand the city centre and offer hundreds of quality homes for the local community.
