High Rise Modular Residential Building

Completed last year, residents are now enjoying high quality modular apartments in Greenwich.

Named Union Wharf, the 249 premium apartments have been developed for the Private Rented Sector. The smaller of the two modular buildings is designed specifically for families and both towers benefit from a range of outdoor communal areas.

Elements Europe manufactured 653 modules for the scheme which made up the 249 one and two bed apartments. Two to three room modules made up each apartment which were joined onsite at install stage.

Each apartment was manufactured to a high standard with each boasting spacious open plan living and luxurious bathrooms and en suites.
