Grays Inn Road, London – Construction Update

A mixed use mews scheme being developed and constructed by Pickstock Construction at 155 Grays Inn Road in London is making good progress, the site has been owned by The Pickstock Group for many years and is in a great and sought after location in the heart of the City.

Once completed the site will comprise of a nine car underground car park with a car lift access, at ground level there is 3’400sqft of modern fully air-conditioned office space and nine residential units above, this residential accommodation includes four 1 bed apartments, four 2 bed two storey town houses and one 4 bed three storey town house, all built to a very modern and high specification.

All nine apartments are now constructed with roofs completed and a water tight building envelope as windows are now being installed, first fix M&E works and plastering are well underway making good progress against the tight programme schedule. The underground car parking facility is in place which will shortly have the hydraulic lift installed, the office space is also progressing well again currently with first fix works ongoing.

The whole scheme is due to be completed by the end of December 2014 and currently all works are on target to hit the required programme.
