Elements Europe Manufactures 10,000th Module
2015 has been a year of success for Elements Europe, celebrating its 10 years in manufacturing, moving to a facility in Telford, breaking into three new sectors, welcoming new Managing Director Simon Underwood and now delivering its 10,000th module.
Hathersage Road in Manchester, will see the 10,000th module being installed to Elements Europe’s first project in the Private Rented Sector.
The module will be a studio apartment which has been designed to offer a space which is practical, functional, with a high end finish to ensure the apartments are attractive to the end client.
Throughout Elements Europe’s 10 years of manufacturing, off-site construction has become more and more popular with the industry realising just how beneficial it can be allowing the completion of projects which would just not be possible using traditional methods.
“We have seen a huge difference in the attitude of the construction industry over the past 10 years with the appetite for off-site solutions growing continuously” said Kevin Arthur Director at Elements Europe.
Earlier this year the off-site building specialists relocated to a new manufacturing facility in Telford which is 266% larger than their previous facility in Oswestry enabling them to meet higher demand with maximum efficiency.
“The move has proved extremely beneficial for Elements Europe, allowing us to centralise the whole business bringing every department under one roof” commented Simon Underwood Managing Director at Elements Europe
“It has been a great year for Elements Europe, and to celebrate the 10,000th module coming off the production line in our 10th year of manufacturing is a real achievement.” added Underwood.
In the next 10 years Elements Europe plans to be a leading example to the construction industry in off-site building solutions covering all sectors and providing a real alternative to the traditional on-site construction process.
