A Gateway to Business Success

J-Ross Developments Ltd part of The Pickstock Group has seen the first of their fast food outlets open on the new Oswestry Gateway site in the north west of Shropshire.

The first phase of the Oswestry Gateway saw J-Ross’ sister companies Elements Europe and Pickstock Construction work in collaboration to construct a 59 room Premier Inn and Table Table restaurant. The second phase comprises a KFC restaurant Drive-thru of 186 sqm (2,000 sqft) which opened at the end of May and a Starbucks restaurant Drive-thru of 230 sqm (2,475 sqft) of which doors opened mid June. Both restaurants have associated vehicle access and car parking.

The site is located on a prime location at the junction of the A5 and A483, on the outskirts of the vibrant market town of Oswestry, the third largest town in Shropshire with a population of over 16,000. The site takes advantage of excellent visibility from a key junction on the major trunk route that sees 10 million vehicles pass on the route every year. The efficient site layout allows straightforward access for delivery vehicles, and user friendly routes for cars using both the Drive-thru and car parking facilities.

The development includes the procurement of services infrastructure to serve both the Drive-thru outlets and future projects on the park.
