Pickstock Homes become Help to Buy Agents

Pickstock Homes have been authorised as an agent of the Help to Buy Government scheme. Pickstock Homes are only the second independent house builder in Shropshire to be an agent for the scheme and with new sites in Shropshire ready to start redevelopment this is perfect timing.

This Government backed initiative launched in April of this year has been set up to help get the UK housing economy moving at a faster pace than recent years, the scheme offers an equity loan to help people secure a mortgage and get on or move up the property ladder.
