866 Bathroom Pods for Vinci Build to Rent Project
Elements Europe has won a contract with Vinci to supply bathroom pods for the residential element of New Victoria, a mixed-use scheme in Manchester city centre.
866 bathroom pods will be manufactured for the development including main bathrooms with bath/shower and en-suite pods with showers. All pods will be manufactured floorless enabling a continuous floor finish throughout each of the 520 apartments. Each pod features large grey landscape tiles with wall hung sanitaryware and large mirror and towel rail.
Clients Vinci has visited Elements Europe’s manufacturing facility and approved its prototype enabling manufacture of the full order to commence.
The £130 million development called New Victoria will provide 178 one-bed, 286 two-bed and 56 three-bed apartments to the city within two towers, one 20 and one 25 storeys. There will also be a £55 million office building on the site which will be phase two of the development.
New Victoria, on Corporation Street near Victoria Station is being developed by Muse Developments, using Manchester based architects Sheppard Robson. Muse is one of the country’s leading names in mixed-use development and urban regeneration.
