Plans for Eccleshall Presented at Public Exhibition

J-Ross Developments Ltd held a public consultation exhibition on Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th July at Eccleshall Community Centre, to consult with the residents of Eccleshall on its proposed outline planning application for a residential development on land off Cross Butts in the town.

The exhibition saw J-Ross Developments’ professional team present proposals for 48, new 2, 3, 4 and 5 bed homes, including some affordable houses.

The proposals also included areas of open public space and a children’s play area as well as vehicular and pedestrian access to the site from Cross Butts. A green buffer zone was also proposed for the northern part of the site allowing for a sustainable urban drainage system to be located.

Kate Pickstock, Development Surveyor for J-Ross Developments commented “We were very pleased to see a good number of people from the local community attend our two day exhibition.” Kate added “We would like to thank all who attended to share their views.”

J-Ross Developments will now work through all of the comments. The proposals will then be finalised and submitted to the council later this year.
