Pickstock Construction Commences Work on Affordable Housing Site in Shropshire

 Pickstock Construction has commenced work to develop land at Park Hall, Oswestry for an affordable housing scheme working in collaboration with Meres & Mosses Housing Association, part of Shropshire Housing Group. The group provides good quality homes, with affordable rent and currently owns and manages over 4,500 homes in and around Shropshire and Herefordshire. This development has been funded by the Department for Communities and Local Government who have pledged to invest £4.5bn through their Affordable Homes Programme.

Pickstock Construction has now started on site to develop 18 homes. The site will comprise of nine 2 bed semi-detached houses, seven 3 bed semi-detached houses and two 2 bed bungalows. Fourteen homes will be let at affordable rent  by Meres & Mosses Housing Association and four homes will be available to buy on a shared ownership basis.
