SiFi Networks to Exhibit at Congress of Cities and Exposition

SiFi Networks will be exhibiting at the Congress of Cities and Exposition in Austin, Texas on November 19-22, 2014. The event will provide a fantastic opportunity for SiFi Networks to present their gigabit fiber to the home (FTTH) infrastructures and talk to officials from across the US about how this becomes an economic tool to support business retention, attraction and growth within a community.

The Congress of Cities and Exposition is the US’ biggest educational event for city officials which showcases the most innovative ways to drive change and prepare for a community’s future. More than 2,500 city officials will attend the exposition including mayors, council members, administrators, city managers, and department directors who have the influence to impact business decisions within a community.

The event is an excellent opportunity for city officials to explore forward-thinking solutions around the theme The Future of Cities. Attendees will enjoy a series of keynote lectures, mobile workshops, training, tours and roundtable discussions on topics critical to municipalities. Topics to be covered during the event include economic development and infrastructure both of which are highly relevant to SiFi Networks’ offering.

Sara Pickstock, Marketing and Communications Director for SiFi Networks commented “We are delighted to be exhibiting at the exposition and look forward to showcasing SiFi Networks’ expertise and solutions to decision makers from across the country.”

Sara added “The theme, The Future of Cities is extremely fitting for SiFi Networks’ offering. We work with cities that want to develop their economy and make their city an attractive offering to new and existing businesses as well as attracting new residents to the city, with internet speeds 50 times faster than the national average speed.”

SiFi Networks’ expert team will be at stand 1019 showcasing the latest FTTH technologies and providing exclusive advice on how your municipality can become a superfast internet FiberCity™.
