Construction Commences at 155 Gray’s Inn Road, London.

J-Ross Developments announced the commencement of construction at  155 Grays Inn Road in London. The site which is owned by the Pickstock Group is being developed to provide a  high quality mixed use scheme including 9 residential units, together with ground floor office accommodation, which will benefit from its own dedicated underground car park.

The scheme involved the redevelopment of a secluded mews site in the heart of central London.  The design which is innovative and contemporary overcame a number of development constraints to secure detailed planning permission for the scheme, which is due to be complete by the end of 2014.

The residential units which are located within the gated mews development, comprise of 1,2,3 bedroom apartments and will all be finished to a high specification featuring open plan living spaces, large bedrooms, sky lights, and private outdoor areas.

Residents will have access to an underground car park with lift access as well as landscaped communal gardens. Nick Scott Chief Executive of J-Ross Developments confirmed that the company had started on site and said “we are delighted to start on this high quality scheme in central London, which we are confident will have great appeal to both the local residential and office markets” he added “Midtown has seen strong take-up with Google, NBC Universal, John Laing and Tate & Lyle all relocating into the area, the low supply of quality accommodation, active demand and restricted development pipeline are strong indicators that the market will continue to experience growth.
